Academy

An academy is either a place dedicated to the advancement of knowledge or a school for special training. The McKinsey EuroAcademy is both. We invite you to meet outstanding guest speakers from industry, universities, and politics - including Pat Cox, former President of the European Parliament. Together, you will experience days of intense learning, reflection and discussion.

On the first evening, you will join McKinsey consultants from all European offices and the guest speakers for an opening dinner. The following day the Academy will proper, with all particpants debating key European issues in academic and industry plenaries and breakout groups. What is Europe's exceptional knowledge that can make a difference? How can we spur growth in Europe? How can Europe become an innovation leader again? Each breakout session will be led by high-caliber academic and industry experts.

For an ideas fair, participants will suggest ideas on how to shape the Europe of tomorrow. The best entries will be presented on the final morning.
